Précisions de Marc Weintraub concernant les dates de fin de support de PeopleSoft 9.1

I want to clarify the support dates for PeopleSoft 9.1 applications.  The end of Extended Support for PeopleSoft 9.1 is Jan 2018 per the Oracle Lifetime Support Policy for Applications (http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/lifetime-support-applications-069216.pdf).  Advance Customer Support has their for fee services (NA Payroll tax updates and Severity 1 fixes with 1099 support) in place – more info on this below.

There seems to be an unsubstantiated rumor about this date being changed to Jan 2019; this is not true at all.  PeopleSoft previously extended the end of Extended Support dates from Sep/Nov 2017 to Jan 2018.  This was done to align the support dates for HCM and FSCM pillar as well as ensure a full year of North America Payroll tax updates were provided for 2017.  There are absolutely NO plans to further change the end of Extended Support for PeopleSoft 9.1 beyond Jan 2018.

ACS Offerings

Oracle Advanced Customer Support (ACS) has for fee services offerings for PeopleSoft customers.  Information on these can be found on Oracle.com under the Advanced Customer Support Services for Applications page (http://www.oracle.com/us/support/advanced-customer-services/applications/overview/index.html):
