Focus Group Updates:  Thank you to all the customers who volunteered to participate in the focus group.  If you are interested – Click this link for list of HCM Focus Groups  

  • Human Resources – Focus Group met to review mockups and requirements for ‘Job Data Modernization’ project.  Focus group will meet in May to continue discussion on Job Data modernization.
  • Profile/Employee Snapshot –  Joint Focus group call to discuss profile compare. The employee snapshot development team continues to look at requirements on profile data enhancements in employee snapshot. Want to be a part of focus group, Email Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Our May meeting will talk about finalizing off boarding template as well as showing the development progress on multi user activity guides. If you would like to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • ePerformance – DEV is working on automatic transfer of documents on employee transfer. We are also working on anytime peer reviews. We will be meeting in June to review high level requirements on “modernization of ePerformance”.   If you would like to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • Position Management – The team continues to look at future enhancements for reports to functionality. If you would like to be a part of the focus group, contact Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • ELM – This month the focus group reviewed the fluidization and modernization of the instructor pages. The focus group will be looking at the modernization of manager functions over the next few months. Join the focus group by emailing Jeremy.pelley@oracle.com
  • HR Help Desk – The group discussed the design of Solution Feedback, Agent’s favorite solution and one page “case + solution” view. If you are interested, please contact Sharmaji (sharmaji.kesavamoorthy@oracle.com)

***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed.  Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

  • Australia Updates on the Tax Administration Act
  • United States – ***EEO-1 UPDATE*** EEOC had issued a statement to employers, notifying them that Component 1 data (the race/ethnicity and sex data traditionally required by the EEO-1 form) is still due by May 31, and that Component 2 data will be due by September 30, 2019.   EEOC will open for Component 2 filing sometime in mid-July.  Oracle will be delivering a solution for transmitting Component 2 information to the EEOC (delivery date TBD – stay tuned).  Note: Case is Nat’l Women’s Law Ctr. v. OMB, D.D.C., No. 17-02458, ruling 4/25/19
